My name is Miss Ford and I am a teaching assistant in class one and seven. I also used to be a Midday Supervisor at Park Grove which was also a fantastic role as it gave me the opportunity to get to know children all across the school. All of the children and staff are welcoming and supportive and have made my time so far very enjoyable! I have a degree in Working with Children, Young People and Families, which was challenging at times! but extremely interesting and relevant to my work and supporting the children as best I can.
Outside work I love music and art, I have been so fortunate to see some amazing art in Rome and Holland and would love to go back one day! I also have a large family with lots of brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews so this has been good training for working in a school! I also love animals, particularly cats although I used to have a giant African land snail called Brian and he was rather amazing! I look forward to continuing my work at Park Grove school, it is a lovely school with a lovely atmosphere, a great place to work.
