Spellings this week will focus on the ‘oi’ sound in words, this will also include ‘oy’ for annoy. We have done some work on conjunctions in class this week, such as using because, or and but to make our sentences more interesting. Perhaps you could encourage your child to use a conjunction when they practise their spelling in a full sentence?
