Homework sheet 18.11.13 (Reception)

English
In English we will be talking about ‘Superheroes ‘. The children will be designing their own superhero and writing information all about it. Superheroes are a firm favourite in our class at the moment and we want to respond to the children’s interests as much as we can! We will be reading stories about superheroes. Maths
In maths we will be continuing our counting forwards and backwards to 20. Can you practise writing these numbers in order at home? Can you be a shape detective? What shapes can you spot at home? It can be either a 2D or 3D shape.
Topic
As part of our topic work we will be looking at old toys and thinking about the different materials that they are made of. Can you find any toys at home? What material are they made of?
