Marvellous maths!

We have been continuing developing our number skills in Class 4 by partitioning numbers then using this skill to compare them by using the more than, less than and equals symbols. We had to look closely at the hundreds, tens and units and place the correct symbol in between to show which one was bigger. Some of us also used cubes so we could see which one was taller! The children were very confident at this and felt very proud getting lots of ticks! Next time you are in for Early Bird on a Thursday, make sure you have a look for this in your child’s maths book!
