English
Next week in English we will start to read the story of ‘Ug, Stone Age Boy’.

Spellings
You have been given your spellings on Monday. Please practise them at home and complete the activity set in your homework books. Your spelling homework is checked on Monday too so please bring your book in then and put it in the homework tray in class.

Maths
In maths next week we will be working on reading time on an analogue clock. Try to practise over the weekend if you can!

We have given you an eleven times tables booklet to help you practise and learn your eleven times tables. We have also set you a My Maths homework. Remember that to get on the site the username is: parkgrove and the password is: multiply. You have your own personal log-ins to access your homework tasks.

Other notes

Next week is Anti-Bullying week and we will look at this issue in class as well as have an assembly by the NSPCC.

On Friday 18th it is ‘Children In Need’ – more details about this will follow!
