Next Week in Class 6:

English
Next week in English we will finish reading ‘Ug’ and create our own cartoon strips, similar to the way the book is presented.

Reading

Please remember to bring your yellow Reading Record into school so that we can fill it in after your guided reading session. Please aim to fill it in once a week a home (even if you hopefully read much more than this)!

Spellings
You have been given your spellings on Monday. Please practise them at home and complete the activity set in your homework books. Your spelling homework is checked on Monday too so please bring your book in then and put it in the homework tray in class.

Maths
In maths next week we will continue to look at multiplication and also division.

We have set you My Maths homework. Remember that to get on the site the username is: parkgrove and the password is: multiply. You have your own personal log-ins to access your homework tasks.

Other notes

Please remember it is the York Minster Choral performance on Tuesday. We will be walking from school in the afternoon and parents will be collecting you from the Minster. Please remember to bring suitable clothing and footwear for this along with a drink.
