MEETING MINUTES 17^th DECEMBER 2013

Holly made a note of those present.

Christmas Fair Update

The School Council Popcorn and Candy Takeaway raised £150.00 on the day.

The PTA has very kindly offered to double up the money to make £300.00, and Holly will write a letter to the PTA accordingly.

Mr Mastrelli thanked the School Council members who helped on the stall.

William will write a letter to the children of the school to tell them how much the School Council raised and if they have any ideas of what they would like the money to be used for.

Toby will write a letter to Mr Baines to say thank you for all the work he did on the School Council Popcorn and Candy Takeaway.

Travis will write a letter to Mr Stoner to thank him for setting up the fair and locking up the school afterwards.

Bethan will write a letter to Ms Land to thank her for getting all of the cones ready for the fair.

Governor

School Council members should make a poster for our new governor (possibly like a Western ‘wanted’ poster) telling the governor what the children of the school would like out of him or her, and Toby could blog about it.

Any Other Business

School Council members should try to wear their caps and badges in the New Year.
