MEETING MINUTES 5^th DECEMBER 2013

Reminder about the Christmas fair

The School Council owe Katie £2.55 and Bethan £4.00.

Mr Mastrelli will organize the cones for popcorn for classes 5, 6 and 7.

The School Council has 96 jars to sell at the popcorn and candy takeaway.

Some members of the School Council should come early to the fair and be on the stall between 5pm-8pm.

Bringing in items to the Christmas fair

There are plenty of cones ready to put the popcorn in on the day.

What to do at the Christmas fair

School Council members cannot come to the popcorn and candy takeaway to sell items unless their parent or carer is there to begin with. School Council members should hopefully wear their caps and badges on the day.

Any other business

The School Council will appoint a Governor.

Katie and William made a lovely sign to put on the School Council popcorn and candy takeaway.
