MEETING MINUTES 5^th MARCH 2014

PRESENT

Ben, Bethan, Ellen, Elliott, Fletcher, Holly, Jacob, Katarina, Katie, Mani, Manon, Miss Sawyer, Mr Mastrelli, Olivia, Rylie, Shamim and Travis.

Holly wrote the agenda during the meeting.

Holly made a note of those present.

School Council equipment check

Mr Mastrelli did a quick check on School Council equipment.

Suggestion boxes

Class 9 suggested that classes should get some more plastic cups to get drinks with. They said that the School Council members should ask pupils in their classes to bring their water bottles in.

Class 7 asked if the school could have a disco.

Class 6 asked if they could have sweets at playtime. Miss Sawyer, Mr Mastrelli and the School Council members decided that it would be a definite no.

Class 5 asked if the school could have class pets. This subject has already been discussed and agreed that the suggestion was not feasible. It was also suggested that the School should get more computers, and agreed that Mr Staite would sort it out.

Class 4 asked if it was possible to have more pictures of pupils hung up around the school.

Class 3 asked to have a climbing frame and more football clubs.

Class 2 asked if the school could do more Mamma Mia! songs in singing assembly.

Any other business

It was said that too many water bottles were getting left behind in classrooms. It was also said that flapjacks would not be on for the next five weeks.
