Art Enrichment Day

We had a fabulous time doing lots of different art activities throughout the day. The morning was spent creating our own book cover design for ‘Little Rocket’s Special Star’. We also did pastel galaxies, charcoal pictures, collages and painting. The highlight for most however was being allowed to take off socks and shoes and do feet painting! Even Mrs Hearson joined in accidently when a pot of paint was spilt on her foot!

Hello everyone! Hope you’re managing to have a lovely half term in spite of the soggy weather! As joint art coordinators, Mrs Stone and I would like to say a big thank you to Mr Stoner for help with the boards and all the children and staff who put so much effort into the book covers – they are spectacular!! We can’t wait to see them up on the wall…. We have had lovely feedback and hope everyone enjoyed the day!
