Good luck Mrs Hearson!

Mrs Hearson is running the first ever York marathon on Sunday. She is raising money for the British Heart Foundation charity. If you are going to watch look out for her and give her a wave. To run just over 26 miles is a great achievement so well done Mrs Hearson for entering and we hope your legs are not too tired on Monday!

Thank you! I am really looking forward to it. I will be wearing a red t-shirt if you are watching. I hope to see lots of friendly faces on the way so I will wave if I spot you.

Poppy’s Dad Stevie is running to (he will be ahead of me by quite a long way!). Give him a wave too.

Thank you everyone. It was lovely to see lots of Class 4 faces on the way cheering me on. It was a long day but I made it – 5hours 58 mins. I am now very stiff so please look after me this week! I’m now going to relax in a hot bath and then have a lovely roast dinner which my husband has cooked me.
