Outside yesterday!
Posted On 25 Sep 2013
We had a fabulous time outside yesterday. We worked in two groups. One group made pictures from natural materials in ‘Forest schools’ with Mrs Horner. The other group worked in the outdoor classroom. It was wonderful to see children digging for words in the sand and using their phonic skills to blend and read the words successfully. Other children painted numbers or hunted for hidden objects to record on a chart. The time just flew! We are really delighted with the children’s enthusiasm for learning. It’s great! Ms Lamb
It sounds like so much fun Mrs Lamb
It certainly was.The children will be out there again tomorrow and they will be using the topiary trees to sing ‘In and out the dusty bluebells’ with Mrs Ramli.
