Walking to assembly and back

I was very very impressed with all of you today children!

You walked to assembly and back out really well! You were quiet and kept in a straight line all of the time! I think we are definitely achieving Miss Sawyer’s target! Well done!

Next time we all go to assembly make sure you remember to put a finger over your mouth if you think that a sound might pop out!

Mr Hodge.

That’s lovely to hear Mr Hodge. Well done Class 2. The Reception children in your class were super outside yesterday too.
We had our first session in the ‘Forest’. Almost everyone had their wellies. Fantastic! We needed them because, although it wasn’t wet, there were some very tall nettles. Please bring them next week if you haven’t done so already and find your name on the welly shelves outside the classroom where we keep them. It was so good to be outside and we enjoyed exploring. One group saw a beautiful, little green frog. It was very surprised to see us and soon disappeared into the leaves where we could barely see it. We also came across a woodland elf hiding in the trees. She’s called Sage. We’ll find out more about her in Forest Schools next week. See you there. Ms Lamb
