New arrivals.

Today our school have just received some new … CHICKS!
We have exactly nine eggs all different colours in a small incubator, outside class 5.
All of the chicks have different mothers, but they are all around the same age.
Unfortunately once they have all grown up we will have to give them away to a new home.
Soon all of the classes will get to see them (and possibly hold them)!

Post how long do you think it will take for all of them to hatch!

Hi Class 9, I hope that you enjoy having the eggs/chick in school. Well done for blogging about them, it’s really exciting (egg-citing) having them in school. I wonder what colour the chick will be that comes from the green shell egg?

I think it will be 11 days till they hatch. It will be so fantastic. I can’t believe they’re back at school again.
