Welcome to our New Starters!

We are incredibly proud of how well our new Reception children have settled in to life at Park Grove this half term! They have done brilliant listening, learnt our daily routines and taken all of the new changes in their stride. The Reception children have enjoyed visiting Forest Schools, exploring the areas of provision and joining in with lots of singing and stories.

Every year, the Reception children are paired up with a Year 6 ‘Buddy’ and they have recently enjoyed having lunch with each other. We will be planning in lots of opportunities for them to meet up throughout the year and we are always so impressed with the Year 6’s for taking the new children under their wing!
