Hands on Maths

We’ve been applying our measuring skills this week by completing four different activities to see how much we had learnt. We played games on the laptops, measured different sized mini-beasts and matched thermometers with their temperatures. Well done Class 4!

Fair tests

Miss Land was a terrible scientist today and carried out an experiment that was very unfair. Luckily the children in Class 6 saved the experiment and made it fair! They re-planned it and carried it out with surprising results! Well done Class 6 for much better science than your teacher.

Fantastic assembly! 

On Tuesday class 5 performed their assembly on Ancient Greece! Everyone was fantastic and the performance ran smoothly! The singing was great and the costumes looked brilliant – thank you to the parents for helping to provide these! Well done to everyone in class 5!

Today, in English, the children created a piece of drama in groups of 3 based on an object that they used as a a stimulus. They all worked very well!
