We are delighted to announce that we have achieved the School Games GOLD Level Award for the 2025/26 academic year.
The School Games Mark is a Government-led award scheme launched in 2012, facilitated by the Youth Sport Trust to reward schools for their commitment to the development of competition across their school and into the community, and we are delighted to have been recognised for our success.
We are extremely proud of our pupils for their dedication to all aspects of school sport. As part of our application, we were asked to fulfil criteria in the areas of participation, competition, workforce and clubs, and we are pleased that the hard work of everyone at our school has been rewarded this year. Yesterday, our Year 6s took part in a Crucial Crew event. They took part in many safety workshops which we found very interesting and engaging.
Our Year 5/6 Rounders Club ended with a staff vs pupils competition. We saw some fantastic skills on both sides! #ParkGrovePE
Our final activities for this year have included orienteering and team challenges. We have had a fantastic time away. #HighAdventure

Our Y6s are currently enjoying a relaxed evening by watching a film. We opened the tuck shop and the children have treated themselves to snacks. A well deserved evening after lots of outdoor activities. #HighAdventure

Day 2 Afternoon Activities. This afternoon, we have taken part in a High Ropes Gladiator Trial, Leap of Faith and Zip Line. We are very proud of the children for giving everything a go. #HighAdventure
