   On DT Enrichment day it was awsome.I liked making the mummies the best.

   An important thing that I learnt was that the second step of mummification was to pull out the brain from the nose! Gross.

   I loved art and DT enrichment day it was really fun I learnt loots about how to mummify a dead body and my favorite part was making the clay mummys.

   I learnt that Isis was the goddess of nature and an Ancient Egyptian coffin is called a sarcophagus.

    Well i like doing art and i like it that you linked it to the Egyptians. I learnt how to mummify a mummy and it was very complex to do. 🙂

    I loved making and tidying up the pyramids and also loved designing the sarcophagi.

    I enjoyed making the pyramid and molding the mummy although creating the sarcophagus was interesting 😀

    I enjoyed EVERYTHING! It was really fun making the mummies!

    I really enjoyed designing our sarcophagi, constructing the pyramids and making the clay mummies. My group’s pyramid (made by Holly, Molly and I) was made out of straws, wrapped in masking paper then stuck onto a ‘desert’. inside it we stuck a recently deceased pharaoh and outside it we stuck a compass, a sign with hieroglyphics and a pop-up camel.

    I adored making clay mummies and wrapping them up in tissue paper spontaniously. I learnt about some steps that I didn’t know about in mummification.

    I really enjoyed art enrichment day especially when we made the mummies out of clay.
