Battle of Marathon…

I wrote from the point of view an Athenian solider called Kevin

i really liked this activity as i like to write recounts!

I enjoyed this lesson as I haven’t done a recount in a long time. I also learnt lots of new things – I had never heard of the Battle of Marothon and now I know the entire story.

I loved writing a recount of the Battle of Marathon;I learned a lot from the Battle of Marathon too!

the battle of marathon story/recount got my brain hard at work as i was thinking what my character would be thinking,also i was thinking about my working at expected standers.But even though i was working so hard i enjoyed it very much and ended up with a high quality story.
