Brazilian Food

As part of our Design and Technology learning, Class 6 made four Brazilian dishes. This has helped us to know a little more about the country where the up and coming Olympics will be held! The children made Brigadeiros (popular Brazilian chocolate truffles), Pão de Queijo (street food – a type of cheese bread), acai, banana and raspberry smoothie and Beijinho de Coco (coconut kisses). Whilst we had a few mishaps with the recipes, the end result tasted very good. We really enjoyed working in small groups with food.
