Class 8 Catchathon!
Posted On 21 Jun 2016
On Monday afternoon, Class 8 took part in the highly anticipated “Class 8 Catchathon competition” as part of fundraising week at Park Grove School. It certainly lived upto expectations with tremendous throwing and catching from children, parents and staff too. Congratulations to Ben Bellerby, Kian Kennedy, Joe Williams and Louie Powell who all completed 50+ successful throws and catches in two minutes. Ben was the winner with a grand total of 59 pipping Kian by only 1! A big thank you to all the children and parents, who came along to participate and help with the running of the event!
It was really challenging yet very good fun! My high score was 32 catches in 2 minutes (averaging approximately 1 per 4 seconds) and really well done to Ben, Kian, Louie and Joe!
Well done Ben and everyone else it was a really hard to get a good score in the class 8 catchathon.
