Class linked Governors

Thanks to Mrs Steel (Staff governor) we can announce that as of this week all non staff governors will be linked to a specific class. The idea is that governors can write to, blog, attend assemblies of, go on trips with, or come into school to spend time meeting and speaking to the staff and pupils of the class that they have been allotted. This is a great opportunity for governors to share in and learn about, the real day to day achievements of our fantastic pupils and staff at Park Grove.

It will also give pupils a chance to find out more about us and what we do. Scary! No doubt more details will follow as to which class  gets which governor. However in the mean time I am going to dust off my table tennis bat while watching old episodes of Countdown.
