Dalby Forest Adventure

On Tuesday 27th June, the whole school was invited to go to Dalby Forest for a summer treat. Whilst we didn’t have the glorious sunshine of previous weeks, we still had a glorious day exploring a range of activities!

We separated into year groups to do different activities. In KS1, they played in the park and explored the Zog trail. The children loved seeing following the trail and listening to all the sounds in the forest. In KS2, the classes explored the Gruffalo trail, which was a walk through the forest. They aLeo enjoyed den building! Each group got to make a den around a tree or an area of their choosing, which everyone had fun doing and the dens looked great! Other activities included playing in the play area and going into to the enchanted forest. Everyone then all met up on the main field and got on the coaches to go back to school, after enjoying an ice cream together!
