On Tuesday class 5 visited the Castle Museum to learn about Victorian medicine! We learnt lots of exciting things about how they made the different medicines, what they put in the pills and how they even use to suggest smoking to cure asthma! We made some of our own pills as well as visiting a Victorian pharmacy. Afterwards we looked around the Victorian streets in the museum and Miss Clayton and Mrs Old locked us in the dungeon…thankfully they let us out though!
