What a difference a year makes!
I had the pleasure of joining Class 3 on Thursday 7th July for an art lesson. The class were following their seaside theme and painting beautiful scallop shells.

I first met Class 3 at the beginning of the year with Mr Gardiner, and I almost didn’t recognise them – they had all grown tremendously!

As they worked through the activity I even commented to Mr Gardiner how calm and careful they were over their work. They listened well, followed a series of instructions, worked carefully and showed pride in their work. I also noticed how considerate they were to their class mates. I saw pupils reminding others of the instructions (for example how to rinse and dry their paint brush before choosing the next color), and complimenting each other’s work.
The end result was a superb collection of colorful shells with some very creative designs.

Well done Class 3 for your excellent behavior and thank you for letting me join your lesson!
