Help Wanted

This is the week! After oodles of planning, our summer fair is finally here (Saturday 8th July). Planning for the event has been ongoing since last September. As you can imagine, it is a large responsibility for such a small committee to undertake.
We need:
Cake stall bakers – if you will provide a cake and/or some bakes then please sign the sheet on the PTA notice board so we can plan the stall for Saturday.
Friday Volunteers – we need to put the marquee up (this needs at least 6 bodies) plus jobs need doing in the board room. Again, please sign the sheet on the notice board.
Saturday Volunteers – please, please, please try and volunteer for a slot. This will prevent us from pulling stalls and or stalls having to close mid event (which is our biggest nightmare). The sheet is on our PTA board outside of class 3.
Raffle – thank you for returning the stubs and money. Please keep these rolling in and return any unwanted tickets! You can bring them on the day too as we will still be selling tickets.
