Spellings this week will be on the ‘ai’ phoneme in words. Graphemes may include variations such as ay for play, a-e split digraph for flame and eigh for eight. The children have been trying really hard to join their letters so please encourage your children to write their spellings using lead in lines. Abacus homework will focus on multiplication.
