Thank you all for your hard work and sensible behaviour during the inspections.
Thank you to everyone who brought in homework. We started to look at it today but there is so much fantastic work we will have to continue looking at it next week.
Keep up the reading – particularly careful reading out loud to someone else. Remember to write in your book once a week and bring it into school every day.
We still have school access to MyMaths. I have not yet set any specific homework but you can go to http://www.mymaths.co.uk/ and login as parkgrove with the password of *****(ask me). You can do any of the topics for fun.

Times Tables x___
It is your job to make sure that you know which times table you are working on. Have a look on the sheet or talk to me if you are not sure. Make sure you practise!
In English we continue write our own play scenes and then we will animate them using Scratch.
In maths, we will do some more work with fractions of amounts e.g. ¼ of 36.
In science we will be carrying out an investigation into bones growing.
In ICT we will learn some new Scratch skills to use in our English animations.
Our topic work will continue with more on Tudor exploration.
On Friday, we will have an enrichment day celebrating the plays of William Shakespeare.
