Remember our last homework of the half term relating to the Victorians and the many inventions that they created during this period. A lot of these inventions were very successful and we still use them nowadays, such as railways, cars and rubber tyres.
For your next homework project, we would like you to create and design a new invention of your choice. Your invention could be an improvement on something which already exists or you could create something completely brand new – it’s up to you!
You can present your work in any way you choose (maybe a model, a diagram or an explanation text) but please have your invention design ready to bring into school on Wednesday 23rd March.

Mine is called ‘the lift-a-table’ (it improves the ribbon).
This project has been really fun but difficult, because its quite hard to invent something if you’re not an inventor!!
