Next Week…

English

Next week in English we will be starting to read the story “Carrie’s War” by Nina Bawden. We will be doing some creative writing based on events from the first few chapters.

Maths

In maths next week we’ll be working reading, writing and comparing numbers with up to seven digits and starting to explore shape.

Reading

Please remember to bring your yellow Reading Record into school so that we can fill it in after your guided reading session. Please aim to fill it in once a week a home (even if you hopefully read much more than this)!

Other notes

If you are part of Young Voices, please remember your pack up on Tuesday to eat at lunchtime and make sure you know all the words to each song. The time is nearly here!
