Maths

Next week in maths, Year 5’s will be focussing on properties of angles. It’s also chance for the Year 6’s to show off everything they have learnt this year so far in some assessments. Wow us with what you can do!

In English, we will finding out what happens to poor Jim Jarvis in Street Child by Berlie Doherty. Will he stay in the workhouse?

Spellings

Other

It’s showtime for the Oliver cast! The whole school will be enjoying the Year 5 play on Monday before the performances to parents on Tuesday afternoon and evening. Remember to wish the Year 5’s good luck!

The rest of classes 8 and 9 will enjoy their theatre trip coming up on Wednesday. Make sure your bring your packed lunch and a sensible pair of shoes to walk to the De Grey Rooms in.

On Friday afternoon, it is chance for your parents to come into class and see what you have been doing. This is also a chance for you to show your parents the different maths methods we use in Class 9 and teach them what you can do!
