English
Next week in English we are going to be writing a set of instructions based on our upcoming production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

Spellings
This week we looked at words using prefixes to transform them into negatives. For your homework, please practise and learn these spellings and evidence how you have practised them in your homework books, e.g. Look, Say, Cover, Write, Check. You will be tested on these spellings on Friday 24th June.

Maths
In maths next week we will be looking at fractions.

Other notes
Don’t forget – it’s our Blindfolded Bonanza event on Monday afternoon! Thank you for filling out your sponsorship forms – we would love to raise as much money as possible for our ICT equipment fund.

Friday next week will be our Art Enrichment day where we have a range of artistic activities planned to get our creative juices flowing!

Year 6’s – don’t forget to learn your lines for our spectacular production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream. You should also have the CD to rehearse the songs at home now too!
