Non standard measures

We have had a fantastic morning exploring non standard measures.  We thought about the best things to use to measure objects depending on their size, we thought it would take a very long time to measure the playing fields with matchsticks!  We also estimated how many of our class it would take to get from the library door to the stairs.  Can you remember how many it  actually was?
