Today we were investigating odd and even numbers by solving simple addition calculations and identifying if the answer was odd or even. To do this, we used number lines, hundred squares or simply worked it out in our heads, then we had to look closely at the last digit. We also had to colour the odd and even stars correctly too! We ended the lesson by going head to head and putting our hand on odd or even the quickest when Miss Thomas shouted out a number. We were very competitive!!
