Yesterday we had a fantastic morning making pancakes for pancake day! We weighed out our ingredients and then gave them a good stir. Some children even cracked the eggs open by themselves. We then cooked them carefully on the hob and tried to flip them! They were very tasty when we added some lemon juice and sugar to them.
