On Maths Entichment day Class 6 really enjoyed hearing the story of the important Greek mathematician, Pythagoras. They acted out the story of his important discovery about right angled triangles. They then learnt and created posters about square and triangular numbers. Finally the children ended the day by creating the Trojan Horse and a Greek temple using cardboard and their measuring skills.
