Don’t forget we won’t be able to have running club this week because of the summer fair.

I have been really impressed by the number of children attending and how much energy you all have- amazing for a Friday afternoon! The laps are adding up.. 3 more sessions left.. I wonder how many everyone will get. Remember its not about winning though- running is also a great sport to keep fit and enjoy some fresh air. I ran a 10k on Sunday (Race for life) and has a fantastic time.
