Minutes

We were talking about the School council sweet stall and we thought that as it is Miss Sawyer and Mr Mastrellis’ last year we would do some games and activities on it as well. As there is a musical theme to our summer fair we thought that we could maybe do some musical games like pass the parcel where you win a bag of sweets,where you have to throw a bag of sweets into a hoop,maths and music quiz,name the song. We thought that we could-in the maths and music questions-do a challenge where the person who picks the most music questions would win a prize. We need people helping so someone has to write a letter to parents asking permission for their child to go on the stall and one asking children for donations. The PTA who were guests to our meeting suggested that every child in the school could be given a plastic bag which they can fill with donations. We also thought that someone could write a letter to Imogen and Elsbeths’ grandad because he works in nestle and could maybe give us a few sweets.

We thought that we needed a clock in the gym so someone could write a letter to Mr Stoner so he could put one in there.
