Smarties + scarecrows = science!

We’ve had a super science afternoon today continuing our work on electricity. We created circuits, sabotaged circuits and remade them again; we created our own human class circuits using smarties to act as the voltage running through a circuit (and we enjoyed eating them too!) and we even created our own electrical ‘scarecrow’ with our own switch designs – all in one afternoon!
Class 9 – what was your favourite thing about today’s session?
I really enjoyed making the scarecrows and creating a human electrical circuit with he smarties as power sources.
I really liked going round in the circuit eating smarties.
I enjoyed creating the circuit on a scarecrow and eating smarties! 😀
