Stewards of the Earth

We have talked about the idea of stewardship in RE this week. We talked about what it means and how it links to the Creation Story. The children thought carefully about why humans should be stewards and how they could do it, for example by growing their own vegetables, turning off lights when they’re not being used or by using the car less. They all thought of terrific answers, thinking deeply about the issues involved. Well done Class 6 for trying so hard with tricky ideas!
