SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE!
Volunteers are needed!
We will be doing a huge push for helpers over the next few weeks and so please lookout for the volunteer sheet on the PTA notice board outside of class 3.
Calling all face painters
We want to keep face painting in house as it is a great fund raiser and we have lots of talented parents/carers. Are there any experienced face painters that could pledge 1 hour so that we can get this activity fully covered on the day? We are looking for simple glittery festival designs. Please sign the special sheet on the PTA board if you can offer a slot
Marquee Squad
Once again we will need a ‘marquee squad’.
We are looking for a team of people on the morning of Friday 5th July to put the marquee up (If some of you are around to help put it down again on the Saturday then even better). Please sign the sheet on the PTA board if you can help – it is a fun job and very rewarding
Planning Meeting
Our next Grovestock planning meeting has been moved to Tuesday 25th June – 7pm at the Gillygate pub. Every one is welcome! The more heads we can put together, the better.
Planning morning on 5 th July
On the morning of Friday 5th July, we are asking for some volunteers to help with Grovestock preparations. Please add your name to this slot if you can help.
Raffle
If you can’t sell your raffle tickets – we can!
Please take both sold and unsold tickets back to class teachers. We will announce very soon, which class is in the lead (with tickets sales) along with the full list of prizes. If anyone is able to donate a prize, then it would be very much appreciated
