All the children in Key Stage 2 have taken part in five fun Victorian activities in five classrooms. In Class 8 we have learning about which countries were part of the British Empire in the Victorian era and located them on a blank map using our atlas skills. What did you enjoy about this activity?

I really enjoyed finding the countries including the small ones too.
I enjoyed looking at how much the British Empire took over different countries and finding out the new countries that I never thought England took over such as India.
I enjoyed working in pairs so we could help each other. I didn’t know some of the countries before Topic Enrichment Day!
