Key Stage 1 and Early Years were very lucky to visit the Yorkshire Wildlife Park to support their current topic ‘In the Jungle’. We all had a fantastic day out, despite the wet weather! We saw many wild animals such as tigers, lions, polar bears and lemurs. Everyone was fascinated by watching the animals and thought carefully about their habitat and how it would vary in the wild. It was also a great opportunity for us to learn more about some animals in the world that are endangered and what can be done to help protect their species. The behaviour of everyone on the trip was wonderful and we are so grateful to all of the parents and helpers who came on the trip with us, we could not have done it without your support.
