VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED (Please!)

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!

Volunteer HELP is desperately needed for Friday (prep work in the boardroom) and on Saturday at the Fair. At the moment we do not have a single stall which is fully covered for the duration of the event.

Thank you very much to the Volunteers that have added their names to the sheet outside class 3. There are 151 time slots to fill and to date only 45 have been filled – some of which are duplicate slots filled by the same volunteer.

We appreciate that there are various reasons why people can’t help or even attend on Saturday, perhaps you could help with preparations on Friday instead in the Board room?

There are 5 members of the PTA committee and we have worked on the Circus and Summer Fair planning for months (this has been in addition to our demanding day/evening/weekend jobs). Saturday can’t happen without more volunteers – please consider giving just half an hour of your time. Seeing new faces is always great.

You won’t have to walk any tight ropes, tame any lions or do any circus acts – we promise
