It was fantastic to see you all again today, Class 2. It sounds like you have all had a lovely and restful holiday and are raring to go for the new term! You did some wonderful writing in English this morning, sharing your holiday news. It was also very exciting to see all the changes in our outdoor classroom this afternoon. Mr Stoner and Mrs Rathmell have been working hard to make it look better than ever, and a perfect place to play and learn in the summer sunshine.
Key Stage 1 choir
Just a little reminder that Key Stage 1 choir is open to anyone in Classes 1, 2, 3 and 4. Some of you in Class 2 do come along anyway.
We meet on Tuesday lunchtimes in Class1. Everyone has time to have their lunch and a play before one of the lunchtime supervisors or I blow a whistle and wave a flag to show that choir is starting.
We do all the songs we learn in ‘singing assembly’ and others that children in choir request.
Come along, just watch for the flag!
