Air Raid Shelter Experience! 

Sirens were sounding in Class 6 this week to alert the children that they had to assemble in the air raid shelter as danger was coming! In we all went, along with our box of supplies and trusty lantern to experience what being in a shelter must have been like in World War Two....

Opposites attract! 

On Wednesday in science we began our new topic on forces and magnets. We began by discussing the two main types of forces – pushing and pulling. We then created freeze frames of these for our peers to guess what action we were doing and what forces this was.

Multiplication and division

The children have been looking at multiplication and division this week. They were very confident when it came to using the grouping method to help them divide! Other children have been multiplying and dividing on the laptops.
