Art and DT Enrichment day

I enjoyed making the mummy’s out of clay.

On DT Enrichment day it was awsome.I liked making the mummies the best.

i lernt how they mummified the,rich,ded

i learnt that making mummy’s out of clay is nearly inposable

I learnt that Isis was the goddess of nature and an Ancient Egyptian coffin is called a sarcophagus.

Well i like doing art and i like it that you linked it to the Egyptians. I learnt how to mummify a mummy and it was very complex to do. 🙂

I enjoyed the DT enrichment day because i found out how to mummify someone

I enjoyed making the pyramid and molding the mummy although creating the sarcophagus was interesting 😀

I really enjoyed designing our sarcophagi, constructing the pyramids and making the clay mummies. My group’s pyramid (made by Holly, Molly and I) was made out of straws, wrapped in masking paper then stuck onto a ‘desert’. inside it we stuck a recently deceased pharaoh and outside it we stuck a compass, a sign with hieroglyphics and a pop-up camel.

I really enjoyed art enrichment day especially when we made the mummies out of clay.
