Bun baking…

Monday morning was a very busy one in class 9! It was our DT food enrichment morning so we started the day by preparing to bake some buns. After ensuring our hands were thoroughly cleaned, we got started, with some groups preparing the ingredients for baking, and others thinking of the end outcome: all these buns were inspired by the Olympics in some way, so we had to create our designs and think carefully about the ingredients we were going to use! See below for some of our amazing designs.
Class 9 – what was your design like? What part of the Olympics inspired you?
I loved baking the buns (and eating the decorations 🙂 )!!
I am very inspired by gymnastics as it is a sport I love!
my fav part was the eating they tasted sooooooooooooooooooooo nice!
I loved baking the buns and I love baking buns. On mine I used popcorn, fudge, chocolate chips, hundreds and thousands and honeycomb to form the Rio 2016 stadium. It looked awesome. I hope we do even more baking. I really like the mixing thing.
