Dramatic WWII Dance

On Friday afternoon, we delved into our topic for this term, World War 2, by looking some photographs taken during the war and exploring the content through dance and music. Each group took on this task in an original, creative way to create some fabulously dramatic dances to a piece of music, each representing one of the photographs clearly.

Class 9 – what photograph did your group display through dance? What did you enjoy about the session? What emotions or feelings did you explore?

We based our dance on evacuees getting on the train and waving bye-bye to their parents. We had to look sad as we didn’t now if or when we would see our parents again.
