Extreme Reading competition

Over the Christmas holiday Teachers, Governors, Parents and Children were encouraged to submit examples of “extreme reading (i.e. reading in unusual places or moments) with photographic evidence.

The results, many of them rather breathtaking, some almost a little frightening, which proved many people’s obvious passion for books, are now on display opposite the PTA board downstairs – well worth a look for some creative ideas.

The winners in each category received a double-award to feed their natural need for more reading materials (and for chocolate, of course). What an imaginative and rewarding incentive for the winter break – well done, everyone!
